TextSuit provides digital tools and/or online services.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.


3. NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

We do not offer automatic refunds once:

  • Access to the digital product has been granted
  • Login credentials have been issued
  • The service has been activated
  • Digital content has been delivered

Digital products cannot be “returned.”


4. ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issue preventing access (unresolved by support)
  • Incorrect charge due to billing error

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be reviewed.


5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Lack of usage
  • Business performance dissatisfaction
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Misunderstanding of product features
  • Partial use of services

You are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.


6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION (If Applicable)

If the product operates on a subscription basis:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.


7. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account
  • Permanent termination
  • Restriction from future purchases

8. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, email:

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Processing time depends on the payment gateway.


9. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay and QR-based payment systems.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.
